He was raised to be a fighter by the grand master of open fist,Heihachi shintauru.He trained with Heiachi-sensai, until he was 15 then he left and decided to train on his own in the mountains.During his wondering / training, Sorin met a demon and made aa deal for more power.The demon granted him his wish and gave him the ability to turn demon when he wanted,on the condition that Sorin would Help him slay rogue demons that had escaped from the hell dimision and any angels that got in his way. SOrin quickly agreed, not fully understanding what the deal required. He eventually learns that the demon was on the run from slayers , both on the sideof good and evil, and that he had manipulated sorin into killing them for him. Outraged < sorin decided to enroll at a monster school to try to full understand what he had become
